Neil was first introduced to
Phantom Screens on PBS’s popular show “This Old House.” Intrigued by the uniqueness of
retractable screens, he saw the potential for an innovative screening solution.
Not long after viewing the episode, Neil founded
Innovative Home Products (IHP) in 1998.
Phantom Screens were launched at the annual
Pennsylvania Home Builders Show, and were immediately popular with homeowners and builders alike.
Now, with over
20 years of experience and thousands of satisfied customers, Neil has seen his excitement for
Phantom Screens expand throughout Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Neil is one of Phantom Manufacturing’s
longest-running distributors, beginning only a few years after the Canadian manufacturer expanded into the United States.
Neil oversees the installation team and holds his installers to
high standards of quality and customer satisfaction by providing
customized solutions for all customers.
Innovative Home Products also focuses on
developing strong relationships with builders, architects, designers and other industry referral sources. Phantom Screens offer unique and innovative screening solutions that
enhance modern building techniques and compliment traditional architecture.
Michelle Hollis, Owner
Michelle provides finance and administrative support to Innovative Home Products. She has been involved with the business since the inception. Michelle is also involved with marketing and advertising efforts.
